A series of lessons designed to guide you through writing effective and measurable goals called S.M.A.R.T. Goals. The lessons review how to include S.M.A.R.T. Goals on the performance reviews, hold people accountable for specific goals and timetables agreed upon, and develop competencies or work characteristics.
This series of lessons is a self-paced interactive training program that teaches a structured process for delivering financial planning services. Advisors learn how to sell comprehensive planning services, how to guide clients through the planning process, and how to successfully implement financial plans. The focus of this systematic course is on the "art" of delivering financial planning services rather than the "science" of creating financial plans.
