A founding associate of Microburst Learning; an accomplished and respected management consultant, facilitator, trainer, and educator in human resource management; a driver of organizational improvement and leadership development.

Jordy Johnson has met the challenge of moving numerous organizations from survival to success. He is one of the best at facilitating executive groups and developing the potential of leaders at all levels of an organization. Jordy’s extensive experience has helped clients around the world conceptualize their visions, create organizational improvement strategies, develop high-performing people, and build high-involvement systems. He specializes in strategic planning and design, performance management systems, executive coaching, organizational assessments and interventions, and leadership team development.

Jordy brings proven real-world experience to the partnership. During his career, which spans more than 20 years, he has held positions including Operations Manager, Human Resource Manager, and College Dean. He has helped numerous manufacturing operations, job shops, and service industries achieve bottom-line results.

Jordy is a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management and former Chairman of the Division of Business and Economics at the University of South Carolina at Sumter. He has authored one of our most successful and popular leadership courses, “High Involvement Leadership.”

Jordy has authored several training courses and workshops in teamwork and leadership development that have been used by executives, managers, and team members throughout the global community. Some sample leadership titles include, “High Involvement Leadership,” “Framework for Success,” “Managing Change,” and “Proactive Problem Prevention and Resolution.”

A founding associate of Microburst Learning, Ann is diligently developing the company into one of the top e-Learning performance companies. She is an accomplished and respected instructional designer, management consultant, facilitator and trainer in both soft skills and technical skills, builder of teams and teamwork, focused on organizational improvement and leadership development.

Ann Brown has years of instructional design, delivery, and evaluation experience that includes:

  • Designing and developing technical training programs in manufacturing and service environments
  • Implementing a modular approach to on-the-job technical training in multiple industries
  • Implementing an apprenticeship program in the USA with a pharmaceutical manufacturer
  • Standardizing technical training systems in multiple industries
  • Functioning as an Instructional Designer for business and industry

Ann offers a down-to-earth attitude that achieves results. Her background in business management and master's degree in Human Resource Management allow her to see a situation from many different perspectives. She is particularly skilled at building rapport and getting groups to work together cohesively to accomplish common goals. Her sincere interest in seeing people grow and succeed has added value to all the organizations she has worked with, from manufacturing to customer service.

She has co-authored several training courses and workshops in teamwork and leadership development that have been used by executives, managers, and team members throughout the global community. A sample leadership title includes "Proactive Problem Prevention and Resolution."

Ed Cornelius is a leader in helping organizations create high-performance work environments. Through his keen insight into human behavior and his deep understanding of interpersonal skills, he helps clients transform their business into organizations with high employee enthusiasm, participation, and involvement. He is a strategic partner to clients worldwide – creating organizational improvement strategies that achieve powerful business results.

Ed is an experienced industrial psychologist, professor, author, researcher, and seminar leader. He brings more than 15 years as a university professor and a history of management consulting to work for his worldwide clients.

Ed has written more than 50 articles, computer programs, book chapters, and papers on human behavior and human resource management. He has also authored several highly acclaimed courses in teamwork and leadership development that have been used by thousands of executives, managers, and team members in companies around the world, including “How to Develop and Maintain Self-Motivated Work Teams,” “Team Facilitation and Team Management Skills,” “Involvement Skills for Team Leaders and Supervisors,” “Light the Fire Within: Motivating Your Workforce,” “High Involvement Leadership: Coaching & Counseling,” “Crucial Skills for Managing Change,” and others. Ed is currently writing his first book - "I Tried to Listen, But They Wouldn’t Let Me Talk: 10 Skills for Influencing People at Work, at Home, and in your Community".
